We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who has a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role working within a large 4/5 star Hotel.
This is a very challenging and operationally demanding role that requires excellent communication skills along with the ability to make clear and precise plans / decisions. It will be a “hands on” role and you should be a problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure. The Ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills to manage a large team, be conscientious and flexible and available to work variable shifts including early morning and late evenings.
Previous hospitality experience is essential for this role.
