COMMIS DE RANG in a 5-star hotel located in Porto Ercole in the province of Grosseto.
Duties/skills required:
• Basic knowledge of the main types of service: French, English, Italian
• Basic knowledge of oenology and gastronomy
• Practical experience in the use of trays, cloches and professional corkscrews
• Basic knowledge of HACCP standards and workplace safety
• Hotel school diploma or equivalent qualification
HACCP Certificate – Food Hygiene and Safety Training
Course compliant with Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004
• Polite, punctual and discreet
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team spirit
