Chefs to our restaurants Centro and Sinus in Öland

About us

Kallskänken Kalmar AB has five restaurants in the city of Kalmar and the beautiful island of Öland. We cook food with passion, get inspiration from the nature and use local ingredients to our menus. We are a growing business, thanks to the quality of our food but also to the dedication of our talented team.

To the summer 2022, we are now looking for Chefs, Pizzaiolo to our restaurants Centro at Böda Sand and Sinus at Köpingsvik.

At Centro restaurant, we serve Italian food like pasta dishes, starters with Italian influences and simpler desserts. While at Sinus restaurant we serve beach food like paella, lobster rolls, burgers and fish and chips, starters and simpler desserts. Sinus is a restaurant with day and evening entertainment and has about 300 seats. The restaurant is located on the beach, in Köpingsvik, on the island of Öland.

Tasks and requirements

We are looking for you, with at least wo years’ experience as a Chef. You work with hot and cold food; you prepare the food for lunch and/or dinner. You are creative, are a good team player and meticulous person. You know your way in the kitchen and the importance of high speed and finesse.

Type of contract: seasonal, from June 13th to August 31

Working hours: full time, 40 hours a week

Salary: individual salary based on Swedish Collective agreements on wages. In addition to salary, you will get paid extra for working on evenings and/or weekends.

Accomodation: is included and is available nearby the restaurant. (It will be shared with other colleagues).
