Who are we? Established in 2016, Urban Italian Group is Swedish leading Italian restaurant group, running homegrown fine casual lifestyle concepts throughout 8 trattorias in a family of more than 350 coworkers. This summer we are opening our first restaurant abroad, Florentine Marbella, followed by Florentine Oslo in the beginning of 2025.

- Fluent in English Language
- Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual high volume dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine, at least 1 year as Demi Chef.
