What is Capra Robotics
Capra Robotics is a start-up where we have invented and patented a new type of wheel frame with a unique feature set and abilities to overcome the challenges of outdoor mobile robotics. The wheel frame combines the best attributes of differential steering and Ackerman steering. We are a company with a high degree of innovation, we develop most of our subsystems in-house from power distribution to BLDC motor drivers and embedded computing. We are working hard on bringing our robot to market. We are looking for someone that can take our software to the next level.
How to become a part of Capra Robotics ApS
As an embedded software system developer you will be a part of the development department. You will be responsible for the software and the overall systems design in collaboration with the SW team. This includes control, optimization, multithreading handling, system development, test, and documentation.
We expect you to be experienced or passionate in most of this:
- C++ (Preferably working with STL)
- STM32 MCU family, STM32CubeMX (Preferable)
- Systems design based on application requirements
- State space control theory
- BLDC motor drive systems
- Communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, Ethernet (preferable), CAN, CAN Open
- Docker (This is advantageous)
- Build tools such as CMake
Professionally we expect
You have an engineering education and experience as an Embedded Software Engineer or similar. You have some years of experience in designing industrial-grade software. We expect you to be positive, open-minded, and self-driven, and that you want to develop yourself as a person and contribute with innovative solutions within the working area.
