Support the General Manager In this role, you support the General Manager as well as the Business Unit Leadership Team (BU-LT). The Business Unit is responsible for sales, marketing and operations in the Nordic/Benelux/Baltics region as well as global Travel Retail. Thus, you take action on a range of tasks, from planning meetings and creating presentations to managing larger projects and analyses on your own. And you make yourself available, but you also spot new projects and add value independently. Specifically, you: Manage specific projects within business development on a strategic and tactical level (40%). Work with the General Manager to set the BU-LT agenda, define the strategic and tactical topics to include and secure the planning of and successful follow-up on meetings (20%). Drive the strategy deployment for the BU, including the tactical follow-up on agreed plans (20%). Support the General Manager (20%). Results driven business professional with an international scope The unique challenge in this position is to achieve results while working across multiple departments and on a number of very different tasks, each of which require different competencies. To succeed, you: Hold a Master´s degree in business administration or similar with 1-3 years of relevant experience from a similar position. Have a bright, analytical mind, which you have proven as top of class during your education and through previous work experience. Are a strong communicator, who is able to navigate between cultures and seniority levels in a very international role, where many of your colleagues are based in other countries. Cope well under pressure and are determined to overcome obstacles, while applying a holistic perspective on the entire business unit. Display a great level of enthusiasm, humour and a "can-do" mentality. Speak and write English fluently.
