Then join us as a People Lead and Product Owner for our Digital B2B team at BESTSELLER TECH, where you will oversee two closely related teams: Datahub and Support and Specialist Team.
This role offers a unique blend of leadership and hands-on involvement in technology that significantly impacts our wholesale business.
YOUR TEAM
Join a dynamic and collaborative team of skilled professionals working across BESTSELLER’s wholesale business. You will be part of the Digital B2B team, which is dedicated to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement through innovative solutions. The Digital B2B team operates and develops BESTSELLER’s B2B platforms, including MORE and DIGITAL SHOWROOM, servicing our wholesale customers in 30 markets.
YOUR ROLE
As the People Lead and Product Owner, you will be responsible for two groups in one team:
Team 1: Datahub
The Datahub team consists of developers and one architect, focusing on delivering data to other platforms within the team that use this data to sell our products. The team comprises six members, with four located in Aarhus and two in Kigali, Rwanda. Your role will involve ensuring a stable platform that is easy for other platforms to consume or receive data. This includes balancing operations and improvements, finding the right data sources, and understanding the needs of our platforms to prepare data appropriately.
Team 2: Support and Specialist Team
The Support and Specialist Team focuses on solving support cases from users and customers worldwide across various brands and markets. This team consists of four colleagues, with two located in Brande, Denmark, and two in Malaga, Spain. Your role will involve ensuring the growth and support of team members, acting as a proactive colleague to improve the support team, and focusing on potential value adds for the future. You will need to understand the importance of being the point of contact for our business and the impact and support it provides. Leading by example and being close to daily tasks is essential.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as both People Lead for the Datahub and Support and Specialist teams.
- Ensure a stable and efficient data platform for the Datahub and it’s consumers.
- Support and grow the Support and Specialist team, focusing on solving support cases and improving team performance.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their data needs and prepare data accordingly.
- Lead by example, being involved in daily tasks and ready to jump in when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
