Barista

We are looking for a partner to fill the position of Barista. He/she will be responsible for the production of the drinks in the catalog, in order to offer an excellent service to the customers. He/She will be in contact with the customer, in which case he/she will undertake to inform him about the list of drinks and beverages or will carry out the orders taken by the waiter/ress. This means that he/she will often be required to serve drinks and beverages to customers at the bar, and for this reason his/her position requires constant supervision of his/her area of ​​responsibility for new customers and their immediate service.

Education and Experience:

• Over 21 years of age
• High School Diploma (required)
• Experience of at least two (2) years in a similar position
• Excellent oral knowledge of Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with using a PDA
• SCAE Certification for Certified Barista (preferred)

Skills for the position:

• Social skills and excellent communication skills
• Excellent production knowledge of all kinds of coffee and all the drinks in the catalog
• Physical condition capable of responding to long hours of daily standing
• Ability to use POS and all alternative payment methods
• Organizational skills
• Perception to identify problems that will arise in his/her position and solve them quickly
