Associate HR Payroll and Reporting (m/f/d)

As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are seeking for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) for the next possible date an

Associate HR Payroll and Reporting (m/f), a position at KWS in Berlin. This role is responsible for processing timely and

accurately the payroll for the legal entities assigned and acts as point of contact for payroll enquires. Additionally, this position

performs reporting duties regarding different payroll and employee data. This job will be unlimited and in full-time.

Your tasks:

■ Identifies service delivery issues and takes action, undertakes

performance improvement initiatives and use of best practice

■ Responsible for preparing and processing on-cycle payrolls

■ Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls

including severance packages

■ Provides tax and social insurance data to government authorities

■ Safeguards employee privacy where appropriate, including

confidentiality and protection of sensitive information

■ Creates, generates and distributes reports and dashboards

■ Prepares and sends data regarding personnel cost planning and

forecasting process

■ Operationalizes HR reporting KPI's

■ Prepares and controls figures regarding mass salary increases,

individual increases, benefit changes, absences, leaves, etc.

■ Supports in time data recording, maintenance and monitoring

■ Performs accounting for seconded employees

■ Implements all pension schemes and other benefits

■ Participate in continuous improvement projects, tasks and initiatives

related to the ramp up of our Berlin team

Your profile:

■ Sound experience in the field of payroll

management

■ Experience working in a Shared Service

organization, preferably Payroll

■ Fluent in English (written and spoken) and a

second language (French, German, Italian,

Turkish...)

■ Experience with global payroll and reporting

systems as well as with employment tax and

social security systems

■ Communication skills

■ Analytical skills and a hands on mentality

■ Customer orientation and extraordinary

service attitude

■ Accurate and reliable

■ Cooperative and team-working mindset
