The “Spyrou Hospitality group” is looking for an Assistant Hotel Operations Manager (Assistant Manager), who will assume responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel unit, at all levels. The position reports to the Group’s Administration and General Management.
Required qualifications:
• Degree from a Higher or Higher School of Tourism Education, in Greece or abroad.
• Proven professional experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second and/or third foreign language will be considered an additional qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of PC, Office programs and the internet.
• Knowledge of Front Office Program and P.O.S.
• Management of Social Networking Pages and Reputation Management
• Knowledge of handling customer complaints
• General knowledge of technical projects and maintenance work.
