Assistant to the General Manager

Yellowsquare Athens is seeking a Square Deputy to support the Square Manager in managing daily operations across all departments, including Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. The role focuses on team coordination, service standards, guest satisfaction, scheduling, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hospitality experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, fluency in English and Greek, and a people-first, problem-solving mindset. • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
• Strong team coordination and communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Greek (Italian is a plus!);
• A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
• A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;

• Comfort with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech;

   

Previous hostel experience is a big plus.
