About the job
Reporting to the Director of Health from within you play a critical role in building our growth territory and the brands within them. You will have the opportunity to be part of creating the exciting journey of Arla Lactofree, which continues on an awesome trajectory and is the fastest growing part of the Arla brand in Europe. You will also have the opportunity to be part of creating a new powerhouse of the Arla brand in Gut health with our markets to grow a new stronghold for Arla. Combined these brands are the biggest part of Arla brand.
More specifically, you will:
- Driving brands within in this growth territory with your team, developing the right portfolio inc renovation as needed focusing on portfolio scale
- Evolve the communication and media strategy and develop and deliver the toolkits
- Commercially develop strong P&L
- Part of driving global governance model with single point of contact for markets, fostering strong communication and contracting on expectations with different stakeholders
Who are you?
You know brands, have a passion for them and how to creatively develop them for growth. You are adept at using your creative flair to influence shopper and consumer behaviour. You’re a great collaborator knowing how to bring people along on the journey building strong relationships and networks. You have a strong commercial background and are focused on how to grow a brand to drive growth, P&L, scale and equity:
- Have good experience and a passion for brands – thinking both shopper, consumer, customer/channel and category
- Strong knowledge of the consumer insight and brand levers – penetration, packs per trip, frequency etc
- Strong project management
- Good experience working with agencies and communications
- You have a strong commercial background
- You are a great collaborator and have good experience of building strong relationship networks cross matrix
- You have the flexibility to travel 2-3 days per week within Europe (if you are based in Viby Denmark, travel will be less) and otherwise work from home or utilize one of our European offices.
- Fluent in English
