As Application Change Manager (m/f) in the field of "Lifetime Service" you take care for our customers all around change requests. You coordinate the processing of change requests and ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.

 

Tasks:

 

  • Take care for a defined circle of regular customers

  • Single point of contact for the customers in the field of change management

  • Coordination of change requests and solving technical problems

  • Analysis of customer requirements, preparation of specifications and coordination with the customer

  • Organisation of commercial settlement

  • Coordination between the internal specialists, software development and service management

  • Assessment and management of change requests

  • Documentation of processes

  • Implementation of quality assurance measures and supervision of risk management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Completed professional training in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification

  • Ideally, professional experience in the field of manual and automatic warehouse logistics

  • Team player with a strong customer orientation

  • Quick learner and flexibility

  • High level of creativity and quality awareness

  • Analytical thinking and an ability to work independently

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Very good command of German in speaking and writing

  • Good knowledge of English, additional foreign language(s) of advantage
