Amfitech - Electronics Technician or a Prototyping Technician

Amfitech seeks an Electronics Technician or a Prototyping Technician to strengthen the prototyping team, and become the next member of the “Amfitech family”. The overall daily goal is to cooperatively solving challenging development issues, and having fun doing it in a casual work environment.
About you:
We imagine that you are an educated Electronics Technician or a Prototyping Technician and you have 3-5 years of experience with electronics production and hardware support on a high professional level.
You are open and service minded. You appreciate making a good effort, and deliver high quality in hardware as well as in knowledge. You are a team player who values the good communication and thereby participates actively in strengthen the good mood and culture in Amfitech.
You have a natural interest for technology and the job and the desire to independently achieve goals with the task set. You are confident in communication in English on a technical level.
You will be a part of the prototyping team, which is often the focal point of the company’s development projects. Here, prototypes are built and produced on many levels, and hardware support is provided to Amfitech’s software developers.
Together with the prototyping team, your primary tasks will be:
• PCB assembly (SMD/HMD) using automatic and manual pick’n’place equipment
• Provide hardware support to the software team (replacement of components, troubleshooting and repairs at PCBA level)
• Prototype box build in many different levels
• Low volume productions
• Maintain and optimize production equipment
• Maintain components and equipment stock

The head office is placed in the dynamic and rapidly growing city of Vejle, Denmark, which is where the development team is situated, and from where new employees will work. The position is for 37 hours per week, and salary is according to your qualifications.
