Responsible to: Group Purchasing Manager

We currently have a vacancy for an Admin & Pricing Executive to join Connolly Motor Group’s growing Purchasing department in Ballina on a permanent basis.
The role:
The successful candidate will we combine technical, commercial, and analytical know-how and determine best price for each vehicle. In this role you will be be responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining excellent customer relationships – both internally and externally.
This position requires you to process Customer transactions efficiently and accurately ensuring that all orders are processed within the service levels.
Role Responsibilities:
- Independently analyze and price vehicles
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining vehicle and customer databases
- Answering Calls from our Customers and our Team across multiple sites, handling any enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Processing orders over the phone and email
- Allocation of the used car stock on a daily basis
The person:
Skills and Competencies:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy administration or customer service role is a preference
- Computer literate - Experience in using Microsoft applications, confident in using MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers as well as the ability to generate valuable information from a large amount of data
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Experience working in a pricing role within the Motor industry is preferable but not essential
- Motivated, enthusiastic, people person
