✅ Apply for Jobs & Confirm Interviews

Simply uploading your CV is not enough - you must apply for jobs to be seen by employers.

• Browse the platform for open positions and apply to those that match your skills
• Employers may invite you to online interviews on the event day
• If pre-selected, you’ll receive a notification with interview time slots - please respond quickly
• Already applied? Check your messages regularly - you may have pending interview invitations
   

✅ Prepare for Interviews

Preparation is key - here’s how to get ready:

• Research participating companies: their projects, values, and hiring needs
• Identify which companies you want to approach and prepare your own questions
• Anticipate possible interview questions and practice your responses
• Make a professional impression - dress appropriately and stay positive
• English is the main working language - confidence and clarity go a long way!

Before your interview, ensure you have:

• A PC, laptop, tablet/iPad or other device
• A headset with a microphone and a webcam
• A stable internet connection

If your interview is confirmed, the employer will contact you at the agreed time.

Do You Need a Residence and Work Permit to Work in Denmark? 

Before starting your job search, it’s important to check whether you need a residence and work permit to live and work in Denmark.

Denmark’s rules depend on your citizenship and fall into three main categories:
 

Nordic Citizens

• No residence or work permit required

EU/EEA Citizens and Swiss Nationals

• No residence or work permit required

Citizens from Outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Nordic Countries

• You must apply for a residence and work permit
• This applies even if you hold an EU Blue Card from another EU country

Before you start applying for jobs in Germany, make sure you know whether you need a residence and work permit to live and work there.

Practical information (housing and moving) and relocation support (TMS).

Relocation Support (TMS)
