Zavod Jutro

Zavod Jutro is a Slovenian social enterprise dedicated to supporting older people, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups in their home environment. The organisation provides home help services, long-term care at home and community-based support aimed at enabling people to live safely, independently and with dignity for as long as possible. Its work combines personal assistance, care coordination, counselling, preventive support and cooperation with families, municipalities, health and social care institutions. Zavod Jutro also actively contributes to deinstitutionalisation by developing services that reduce dependence on institutional care and strengthen community-based solutions.

To support further growth, Zavod Jutro is looking for motivated professionals in the fields of care, health and social support, including home care workers, nurses, kinesiologists, gerontologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers. The organisation welcomes people who want to contribute to a more inclusive, community-based care system.
