The scope of activity of the Silesian Voivodship Office in Katowice includes :

• informing about the rights and obligations of foreigners during their stay in Poland resulting from the Act on foreigners and the Act on employment promotion and labor market institutions,
• issuing a decision on the residence,
• giving permission to stay in Poland.
