Demonstrate exceptional guest service, being proactive in all guests’ requirements and requests, with their prompt and successful resolution. Provide a friendly and warm welcome and service to all guests. Friendly and warm cooperation with all colleagues and department heads. Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations and all guest service guidelines. Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check-in, check-out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge). Daily preparation of reports.
