Platform People GmbH is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developers to support our clients in Germany. As a ServiceNow Developer, you impress with your comprehensive expertise in ServiceNow and gradually become a trusted advisor for our customers. You will develop viable concepts for the introduction or expansion of customers' ServiceNow platforms and contribute your many years of experience to ensure successful implementation.

As a ServiceNow Developer at Platform People you will:

  • Analysis the requirements regarding the technical design and implementation with ServiceNow
  • Record and reliably evaluate of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Implement, configure and test the ServiceNow solutions in accordance with best practices
  • Share your knowledge in our customers, ServiceNow community and support the further development of the team
Munkaköri követelmények
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with one or more ServiceNow modules
  • Experience in developing and customizing workflows, workflow automation, IT processes, business applications, and APIs within the ServiceNow environment
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
    • Customer Service Management (CSM)
    • Field Service Management (FSM)
    • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
    • IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
    • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
    • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Expertise in ServiceNow products such as Integration Hub, Automation Engine, App Engine, and associated technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in one or more of the above-mentioned areas
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a developer or IT consultant

 

Certifications (must hold one or more of the following):

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

 

Languages (written & spoken):

  • English (B2)
  • German (ideally C1 or B2) - German language skills are an added advantage
