YFEJ_Very important Holding is looking for 1 Recently graduated in law (internship) Description: Industrial vocation of the Group is expressed predominantly in the area of Facility Management. Diversified in many societies, the Group designs, develops and manages operations and contracts for the management and development of the built environment and territory and provides services in support of no-core activities of its customers. Duties: Monitor the tenders of interest abroad Analyze the tender documentation and obtain the administrative documentation necessary for participation Guarantee the continuous documentation updating about sector contracts (laws and judgments) Provide support in the wrap up of the documentation of the tender and in the coordination for the delivery and participation in the meetings of the tender Rescue information about tenders (awarded or not) and support in setting of any kind of documentation related to procurement and related regulatory developments. Requirements: Law Degree recently obtained (less than 12 months) Fluent English language skills (level C1 : comprehension, speaking and writing) Good Italian language skills ( level B1: comprehension, speaking and writing) Other foreign language knowledge is appreciated. Deep knowledge of the industry and procurement regulations Strong analytical and communicational skills Excellent problem solving skills Computer skills: good knowledge of Windows (Office automation) Availability to travel Driving Licence appreciated Job Vacancy conditions: Salary: min.
