Are you energetic, professional, and ready for an unforgettable season in the sun? We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in a premium resort in Portugal. If you love working with people and have a background in childcare, fitness, or sports, we want to hear from you! Open Positions: Kids Club Managers: Lead our childcare department, ensuring safety, creativity, and high-quality entertainment for our young guests. Kids Club Assistants: Support daily activities, games, and themed events for children of all ages. Fitness Instructors: Deliver engaging group classes, including Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Aqua Aerobics, and Stretching. Sports Assistants: Organize and host tournaments and activities for Tennis, Padel, and Biking
Childcare Department (Kids Club)
- Kids Club Manager:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing teams in resorts or similar environments.
- Proven ability in planning weekly activity programs and handling administrative tasks (safety reports, attendance logs).
- Kids Club Assistant:
- Background in Early Childhood Education or at least 1-2 years of experience working with children (ages 4 months to 12 years).
- Creativity in organizing arts & crafts, sports activities, and evening entertainment (mini-disco, shows).
🏋️ Fitness Department
- Fitness Instructor:
- Recognized Fitness Certification
- Technical expertise in leading group classes: HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, and Stretching.
- High level of physical fitness to maintain multiple sessions daily.
🎾 Sports Department (Tennis, Padel, Bike)
- Sports Assistants:
- Technical Certifications: coaching certifications for Tennis/Padel are highly preferred.
- Athletic Background: Competitive experience or 3-5 years of consistent practice in the specific sport.
- Bike Assistant: Basic knowledge of bike maintenance and ability to lead road or off-road tours.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tournament brackets and actively promote activities to guests.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and German is essential. Knowledge Italian or Spanish, or other European languages is a strong plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in resorts, coaching, or childcare is preferred.
- Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and a true team player.
- Availability: Must be available for the full summer season (typically May to October
