As a Web Specialist you are situated within the Digital Service Unit. You manage a wide and diverse range of digital marketing and ecommerce projects, from complex long-term platform replacement projects to smaller extensions to existing solutions. With your proven skills in advanced project management, enterprise content management solutions integration, web communication and online marketing domains, you ensure that solutions are optimized towards business needs and best practices, balancing requirements across all stakeholder groups. You define KPI's and ensure that partners deliver quality, juggle multiple projects and activities at the same time and enjoy operating across organizational and geographical borders. You also handle communication and issue management associated with the operations of our web platforms
- Craft a leading web development and CMS strategy for Nestlé including related reference materials such as policies, standards & guidelines.
- Include existing solutions. Direct responsibility for the web migration factory and vendor selection / agreements for markets to leverage.
- Promote the shift to mobile-friendly websites, simple contact us forms, ratings & reviews, buy-now, and recipe content across all sites.
- Help Nestlé Digital Champions, Markets and agencies assess what CMS best fits their needs.
- Liaise as needed with Architecture, IT and Service Delivery teams as needed to help markets plan their web migration / projects.
- Includes communication, set-up and managing key briefings for market deployment planning
Maintain project tracker in teamroom and assist in capacity planning for projects.
- Monitor market adoption and prepare reporting
- Ensure quality and availability of materials to markets (e.g. Service Catalogue).
Document management for program materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-8 years experience in project management of web solution implementations
- Proven ability to drive and define new concepts and projects
- Experienced in requirements engineering, web development processes and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art enterprise content management and digital marketing solutions, preferably experience with Drupal, Sitefinity
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Enterprise Architect) and requirements and test tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, RTM, Quality Center)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hosting architecture knowledge
- Experienced in managing and interacting with digital agencies and technology implementation partners
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Expertise and interest in web communication, online marketing and latest digital trends
- Confidence and ability to work with many people, teams and situations.
- Able to effectively communicate, do reporting, develop materials and lead workshops/briefings
