As a warehouse worker directly employed by Amazon, you'll be an integral part of a  collaborative team, where each day brings new opportunities to make a difference. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods, ensuring that items are prepared for shipping. Maintaining a well-organized workspace and adhering to safety standards will also be key aspects of your role. By keeping the fulfillment center running smoothly, your work directly contributes to efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. The role offers a high-energy environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential. Requisitos laborales
  • No experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a positive work ethic and the desire to learn new things
  • Knowledge of English or German at minimum B1 level 
  • European Union Citizenship
Requisitos deseables
  • Worked in warehouses, production, retail, sales, hospitality, or the food industry before
  • Motivated and enjoy manual work
  • Willing to work shifts and/or overtime
Prestaciones
  • Hourly wage starting from €15.05 (gross) + potential overtime pay
  • Full-time position (35 hours per week)
  • Current job ticket subsidy of up to €50 net per month
  • Guaranteed pay increases after 12 and 24 months of employment
