Waiter/Waitress for a boutique hotel in Rovaniemi

We are looking for a customer service–oriented waiter/waitress to join our à la carte restaurant team for the upcoming winter season 10/25 – 04/26. As a waiter/waitress, you will play an important role in creating a high-quality and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Your tasks will include:

• Warmly welcoming and serving guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Presenting and recommending menu items to guests
• Ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the dining area
• Collaborating with the kitchen and the rest of the team to ensure smooth service
• Making drinks and coctails for the guests

We expect from you:

• Experience as a waiter/waitress, especially in an à la carte environment
• A positive and service-minded attitude
• Accuracy and initiative
• Ability to work under pressure during busy times
• Good English skills; other language skills are considered an advantage
