Mission: Prepare table service in the room/restaurant to maintain quality standards and consistency of service.
Department: Bars & Restaurants
Job Summary:
- Prepare the meal space;
- Receive guests and present the menu;
- Serve the food/drinks;
- Present menu items and their components;
- Communicate with the kitchen whenever necessary (waiting time, special requests and product availability);
- Present bills/payments and operate with sales/cash terminals.
Requisitos laborales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of customer orientation.
Education/Professional Experience:
- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
- Previous experience in the F&B Service Department
Requisitos deseables
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
