The waiter/waitress is responsible for welcoming guests and providing friendly, guest-oriented service by serving food and beverages and preparing the dining area for daily operations. The role includes taking orders, issuing bills, processing payments, and calculating daily revenue and cash to be submitted to the cashier with proper documentation. The waiter/waitress also ensures the cleanliness and proper appearance of tables and dining areas and independently resolves simple guest complaints to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requisitos laborales
- High school diploma
- Preferably qualified waiter
- Two years of work experience, including one year in serving
- Communicative, friendly, and guest-oriented
Requisitos deseables
- Knowledge of two foreign languages
