Our team in Germany / Bayreuth is currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Designer (m/f)

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding the DNA of each brand and translating this into unique and engaging visual merchandising campaigns, tools and guidelines
  • Conceptualize on-brand big picture visual strategies that can be executed operationally and financially
  • Oversee the visualisation and realisation of store windows, fair and exhibition booths
  • Create and visualize Brand Environments with all detailed information's in given spaces like Fairs, Instores, Events, Showrooms
  • Support to set up a mid to long-term global strategy for the conception of potential pop-up / retail stores
  • Build and design Guidelines for in-store POS Displays, Windows as well as Showrooms and offices for each brand
  • Be on top of key trends in retailing, design, merchandising and fashion and apply this knowledge to all team member

PROFILE OF QUALIFICATION:

  • Sucessfully completed studies of architecture, graphic design, visual merchandising or comparable education
  • Approximatly 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of visual merchandising, perferably in the Fashion or lifestyle industry or an agency
  • Excellent Business English skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills, can handle several urgent projects at once
  • Profound skills within the Adobe Suite - Specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience with 3D modeling software would be a bonus
  • High Affinity for Lifestyle, Fashion and Design and Art with a balance of business acumen
  • Hands-on mentality with strong drive to go the extra mile
  • High degree of independence and self initiative
