VAT Specialist

TPV Technology Limited is a leading display solutions provider. The Group designs and produces a full range of PC monitors and LCD TVs on ODM basis for its distribution worldwide. TPV also distributes its products globally under its own brands AOC and Envision. The Company has been listed on both Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchanges since October 1999.

Due to development of our Shared Service Center – we are looking for appropriate candidates.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Good knowledge of the English language allowing easy communication within an international company;
• Good knowledge of VAT rules;
• Ability to manage some global matters;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Out of the box thinking;
• Precise and accurate;
• Knowledge of SAP system is welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the AP team in correct VAT bookings, provide the tax forecast according to the corporate/HQ instruction, calculate cash flow;
• Prepare VAT and data, check with Infosys the intrastate file and finalize the declaration per country and check compliance with accounting;
• Organize foreign VAT reclaim and the specific other taxes such as withholding tax in Italy;
• Deductable VAT at payment time;
• Execute the fiscal CS controls/actions (and maintain documentation);
• Maintain a calendar per country in order to fulfill the tax requirements on time.
