UI Designer 2D/3D (m/f)

For our OEM customers the UI design has become a more and more important part of the car’s over all design and appeal. To help our customers creating the best user experience possible we are looking for a UI Designer 2D/3D to join our team.

Your tasks as a 2D/3D Designer include:

• Creation of 2D and 3D graphical assets and their animated behavior in alignment with Technical Artist and SW development
• Excellent visual design skills and experience with 3D design tools (Maya, 3D Studio Max) as well as 2D design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Confident use of Kanzi UI framework or similar scene composers
• Strong 3D general knowledge (OpenGLES, (low-)poly modelling, animation, shading, texturing)
• Execution of graphical assets understanding the performance of a target system Interacting with a multi-national and cross-functional design team and collaborating closely with specialists and technical experts
• High level of independent communication with internal teams as well as OEM customers Stellenanforderung

Your Profile:

• Several years of working experience, e.g. in the gaming industry - automotive experience preferred
• Must have strong 3D graphics general knowledge (OpenGL ES, (low-)poly modelling, animation, shading, texturing)
• Good knowledge of Kanzi or similar scene composers is a big plus Expert in 3D design tools (like Maya, 3D Studio Max) and 2D design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Good English required, German desirable
