Join our Holiday Village Team as a FA Level 2 Football Coach and help to deliver amazing holidays for our youngest guests. You will make a huge difference to our family holidays by delivering fun and professional coaching sessions to adults, toddlers and kids aged 4-16 years.



 

What you will be doing

  • Delivering football sessions in a fun but safe environment
  • Tailoring sessions to each individual to balance fun and engagement
  • Coaching children of varying abilities following the coaching syllabus provided
  • Actively selling and promoting your sessions to encourage maximum attendance
  • Delivering adult sessions, toddler sessions and other football activities in line with the concept guidelines
  • Taking part in other activities including daytime activities, team shows and party dances
  • Helping colleagues and guests by solving any general questions or complaints on-the-spot



 

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of Level 2 FA Coaching Qualification
  • Well presented with a hunger and endless enthusiasm to Create Smiles
  • The ability to communicate well with adults, families and children of all ages
  • Willing to work long and varied hours in a variety of our Holiday Destinations
  • Confident, fun and creative personality with the natural want to work as part of a big team

The maturity to live and work independently abroad and to manage own finances
