THERAPISTS

1. To perform designated massage therapies for all resort guests and local clientele to the highest of standards and maintaining treatment procedures as trained.
2. To promote the sales of face and body treatments and retail products.
3. To request the ordering of professional products as and when required.
4. To welcome guests on arrival with a smile and a warm greeting, preferably in the guest’s own language.
5. To ensure that the retail area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
6. To assist at the Cloak Reception if needed and when not busy with appointments.
7. To ensure that the treatment rooms are clean and that lights and A/C are switched off before leaving.
8. To be properly dressed and groomed.
9. To be efficient and friendly.  To treat each guest as an individual and with genuine concern.
10. To give guests individual and personal attention.
11. To address guests by their last name.
12. To be aware of the spa’s operating policies.
13. To be aware of Company operating policies & code of conduct.
14. To perform other duties as and when requested by the Spa Supervisor or Duty Manager.    

Approximate gross salary:  €1000 gross
