For our Offshore Project Management Excellence department, we are looking for a structured Team Lead to support and drive development, maintenance and compliance to world class standards related to the construction activities for Offshore Wind Projects. What are my responsibilities: As the Team Lead of Construction Support, you must set up and “own” the standards – utilizing the experts and document writers to ensure complete and useable work packages for all activities. Moreover, your responsibilities will cover: • Develop individuals in order to make a strong interdisciplinary team focused on sharing knowledge and supporting the project sites to reach the highest levels of excellence • Support the Head of Construction in managing and maintaining a complete overview of current and planned activities within the team • Develop and maintain a high level of structure for Offshore standards • Drive the strategy for world class Offshore construction standards • Support in providing a controlled environment for testing and verification of improvement options prior to full introduction and update of standards • Make sure that the standards are shareable and useable for the managers on the construction site What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background and project and/or site execution experience. Preferably, you have an offshore or construction background understanding the need and the concept for structuring shareable knowledge. You are described as being a manager who can execute and motivate others to follow through. Using your interpersonal and excellent communication skills you manage to gain stakeholder buy-in when presenting intelligent and usable systems. You are, of course, fluent in English both orally and in writing. Finally, you handle various IT tools with ease. If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
