Maersk Drilling is looking for Student Assistants who can assist with Local IT User Support in a highly engaged team.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows 7, desktop support and Microsoft Office.



- Help desk for IT/managed services experience.



- Document maintenance for all computer systems.



- Assisting in the formulation, planning and monitoring of policies and procedures;

- Assisting purchase PCs, HWs in general and mobile devices.





Who we are looking for

- A person with high knowledge of Windows 7 and surrounding configurations.



- You have high interest for users support, is service minded and acts as a mentor when it comes to IT.



- You have high interest and knowledge for all IT HWs and mobile devices.



- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services



- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment



- Good communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and written. Thrive with teamwork.



- Interpersonal skill, such as telephone skills, active listening and customer-care.
