Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Spa Manager for the smooth operation of the Spa
• Providing high-level services, participating in therapy planning and organization
• Achievement of set performance goals
• Complying with company policies and procedures 
•  Guiding and supervising spa team , encouraging teamwork 
• Maintaining the company's philosophy in promoting services and products
•  Ensuring effective communication with other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or related field 
• Excellent knowledge of the English language 
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge of a second language is appreciated
