As an Application & Integration Management System Engineer, you will be part of Cegeka Application and Integration team that supports business critical applications used by our customers.

  • You will offer 2nd and 3rd line support on a technical application level
  • You will give technical advice to our customer in the financial sector
  • You will install, configure and maintain the applicational landscape
  • You will also be responsible for incident handling, change implementation and project-based support
  • You will investigate the internal client’s IT environment and make improvement proposals for application environments where possible
  • You will work in close collaboration with amongst others the functional application managers
  • You will build/expand the application monitoring where possible
  • You will automate tasks
  • You will participate in 24/7 standby/on call services (every few weeks, for this customer only).
Requisitos laborales
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in IT, preferably within application management
  • You have a good knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, networking understanding, database principles & PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Biztalk, IBM MQ (for Windows), Sterling Connect: Direct Secure Plus, IWS/TWS, Azure DevOps are a plus
  • You are a good communicator and you fluently speak/write English. Knowledge of French is a plus
  • You have a positive mindset and are eager to learn
  • You are a problem solver and customer oriented
  • You are proactive and show initiative
  • You will be present at the customer’s location in Brussels (2 days/week) and Paris (1 time/week – every 2 weeks) in combination with working at a Cegeka Office (Hasselt, Leuven, Gent or Antwerp) and/or at home.
