Senior Identity & Access Management Support
CTG IT Solutions is currently growing and we are looking for an Identity & Access Management Support to strengthen our teams in Luxembourg.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Specialist is expected to have in depth experience in the IAM / IGA domain. This experience shall include expertise in the integration of IAM / IGA solutions, technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory 2016, LDAP directories, and a good understanding of Linux/Unix Operating systems. The non-exhaustive list of job responsibilities as well as technical and specific skills / experience is shown below.
Your Missions :
- You provide subject matter expertise on IAM /IGA processes and controls;
- You provide subject matter expertise in Integration and implementation of IAM/IGA platforms;
- You provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for IT incidents and service requests, including with third parties (e.g. manufacturer or vendor) as necessary;
- You design, develop and update existing scripts (in various scripting languages, including PowerShell, etc.) as necessary;
- You document the resolution of incidents and problems, create technical analysis, performance and enhancement reports
Your profile:
- You have at least 7 years' experience in support & IAM
- You hold knowledge of LDAP protocol and systems;
- You have experience with Windows Active Directory 2012 or 2016;
- You have experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or 2012 or 2016;
- You have experience with Linux (RHEL) and Unix skills;
- You pay attention to details;
- You are able to work in a co-operative way;
- You hold knowledge of RBAC model;
- You hold knowledge of Business Process Modelling tools;
- You have experience in developing and maintaining documentation;
- You are able to operate effectively in a high-pressure situation;
- You are able to handle multiple competing priorities;
- You speak fluently French and English
