Currently, we are looking for a candidate for a position of:
Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Process customer’s orders and price lists
Daily communication with internal and external clients in order to ensure sales efficiency
Support sales and optimize revenue achievement
Ensure accuracy of the contractual documents and the attachments
Issue the contractual documents and the attachments
Requirements:
High school / university education
Excellent level in written & spoken English – min. B2 / C1 level
Confident & professional telephone manner, strong customer service focus
Perform well under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work both in team and independently
High attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong computing skills & confident in managing multiple systems
Clear criminal record
