Sales and customer service specialist with knowledge of Bulgarian
Scope of responsibilities:
Customer service, order fulfillment, telephone contact with individual customers, productpromotion and sales, customer relationship management, data handling, administration and work with the internal system.
Requirements:
Min. secondary education, knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Bulgarian on C1 level. Knowledge of English or Polish on B2 level. Experience on similar position will be an advantage (sales or/and call center); high communication and interpersonal skills, self-reliance,problem-solving abilities, responibility for entrusted actions, motivation and involvment, creativity, responsibility, stress resistance. Knowledge of MS Office.
