Who are we searching for?
We are growing and expanding in the Netherlands and we are looking for proactive team players with knowledge of the Dutch language.
We are building a Customer support team that will be working with top online casinos in the Netherlands, that will be in contact with our customers, helping them with complex questions and requests, promoting offers, and providing valuable feedback to our product managers.
What you bring to the team?
- Fluency in Dutch and English language, both verbal and written,
- Passion for communication and building relationships with customers, positive attitude,
- Team-work orientation, conscientiousness, accuracy, and reliability,
- Flexibility - a willingness to work in shifts,
- Eagerness to learn,
- Passion or previous experience from iGaming or betting industry.
