Recruiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized 360° Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our HR team in the dynamic Leipzig/Halle economic region.

If you have a knack for detail, enjoy working independently on end-to-end processes, and want to actively contribute to the growth of our company, you've come to the right place.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality and timely placement of positions
• Conducting job briefings to identify job requirements
• Advising stakeholders and hiring managers on the current market situation and necessary actions
• Preparing and publishing job postings
• Active sourcing, e.g., via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Applicant screening and selection - Continuous client and candidate management
• Conducting and scheduling interviews (together with the hiring manager)
• Offer negotiation with candidates
• Preparing the works council hearing and the draft contract
• Comprehensive support of the end-to-end recruiting process

Experience

• Proven recruiting experience in an industrial or technology-oriented environment (minimum requirement)
• Experience in a full-cycle (360° recruiter) or a comparable comprehensive role
• Excellent knowledge of active sourcing and the use of sourcing tools
• Strong consulting and communication skills for internal stakeholders
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Desirable: Experience with ATS systems such as Workday/HiNext
• Desirable: Knowledge of preparing for works council hearings
