Receptionist - GR
RECEPTIONIST in a 5-star luxury hotel.
Tasks to be performed/skills required:
• At least 2 years' experience in a 4/5-star hotel with international clientele
• Advanced use of PMS
• Experience in collecting and managing guest feedback
• Accuracy in compiling reports and guest history
• Management of internal/external service bookings
• Ability to propose and organise tailor-made experiences
• Familiarity with professional messaging systems
• Use of online reputation tools
Languages
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (other languages are a plus: French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese)
