Descripción de la oferta de empleo
For our client, an established manufacturing company, we are recruiting for the position of Quality Engineer /Electronics/
- Communicates with external stakeholders on quality-related issues;
- Handles customer complaints using 8D and PS methodologies;
- Prepares complaints to suppliers and further investigation process;
- Initiates meetings, conference calls, etc. with suppliers on issues related to the quality of delivered raw materials and supplies;
- Participates in the organization and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and develops QMS documents;
- Prepares reports and protocols for first samples and monitors the timely receipt of customer feedback on them.
Requisitos laborales
- Higher technical education or experience in this field (electronics);
- Professional experience in quality management, error analysis, and new product development is considered an advantage;
- Good usage of quality tools;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
