Quality Controller

STOMANA INDUSTRY AD, a leading manufacturer of steel and a wide range of products including heavy plates, long products, steel grinding balls, and special profiles, present on the Balkan and international markets for more than 70 years,
is looking for ambitious candidates for the company’s new Rolling Mill for the position of: Quality Controller

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with procedures, instructions, standards, and rules regulating control activities and quality requirements in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Controls the proper sorting of finished products by quality, as well as their marking, cutting, and straightening.
• Monitors the packaging of finished products by heats and batches.
• Inspects finished products for surface quality, dimensions, appearance, and defects. Performs tests on finished products in the Testing and Research Center.

Requirements:

• Secondary vocational education;
  Candidates with the following knowledge will be considered an advantage:
• Manufacturing technology;
• Requirements of standardization documents regulating the production process and the classification of metal and finished products.
