QA Test Manager

Help us develop the strategy for testing front-end and back-end in an agile development environment to ensure the highest quality for desktop, mobile and web apps. Oversee testing and tests on systems to help build the LEGO Education digital platform You will be responsible for managing the testing of integrated product launches and software releases in close collaboration with the LEGO Education team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, act as a lead capacity inside QA as well as: Develop the strategy for how we perform QA for the development of the digital platform for LEGO Education in terms of desktop, mobile and web apps, both front-end and back-end, in an agile development environment Define the test strategy and test plan, including tools and processes Manage test planning and test execution activities and support hands-on when needed Collaborate and communicate closely with colleagues across organisational levels and nationalities Delivering value through awesome testing As Test Manager, you will be part of challenging projects, giving you the experience and network to develop yourself further within the LEGO Group. You will be based at our HQ in Billund, Denmark, and you will be travelling around 20 days per year to meet with partners or a business area for example. Experienced Test Manager with broad and global business understanding In this position, you will be challenged on your ability to work on a holistic level, yet drill into the details when required, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you speak and write English effortlessly, just as you have: +3 years of experience in managing/coordinating large testing projects spanning multiple applications and teams as well as various technology platforms Experience in managing onsite/offshore contractors and in working with Quality Assurance principles and practices as well as software development A great understanding of software in general and of software testing as well as a strong attention to detail and a structured approach Develop your career in the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
