Purchaser

Aim of your position:

- request and evaluate proposals

- supplier selection and supplier evaluation to optimize the existing supplier panel

- supplier management to ensure an ideal supply chain and cooperation with suppliers

- preparation of decisions for investment projects, products and services

- implement requests for quotations including offers evaluation as well as creating and updating frame contracts

- checking the formal requirements of procurement needs

- compilation and sending purchase orders based on approved requisitions

- participation in tendering

- preparation of supplier contracts

- SAP management, providing up-to-date information flow regarding purchasing topics

- documenting purchasing results and making reports

- evaluation and development of suppliers

- handling supplier complaints

Needed knowledge and skills:

- higher education degree on a relevant field (economics)

- 2-3 years of experience in indirect purchasing

- professional experience at a multinational company

- fluent English knowledge

- user level knowledge of MS Office and SAP

- excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

- availability to travel

- independent, precise work, reliability
