Description



Transfer projects – Technical sourcing – Global thinking



This position will give you an opportunity to work globally and use your project management skills and technical skills at the same time.



You are a mechanical engineer interested in using a wide range of your competencies. This job is a mix of different skills, and you will be able to use your production skills, project management skills, and product knowledge in cooperation with our manufacturing sites, R&D, RA/QA and suppliers world-wide.



As part of the Transfer Team, you will be 1 of 5 Project Managers and 1 Project Assistant. As a team, we are characterized by being responsible, committed, open, and flexible. We are working with LEAN as an essential part of our culture.





The job



To become successful, you must combine good technical understanding and project management skills. Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

•Transfer projects, ensuring delivery and high quality experience for our customers

•Technical sourcing projects, in close cooperation with our Sourcing/Purchasing team



Travel activity of approx. 40% (Poland, Europe, USA and more) is to be expected.





Qualifications

•Engineering degree in Mechanics, with good technical understanding

•Experience in project management
