You are offered a unique position as a key player in our development projects, and you will get the opportunity to influence the way we work with product development and project management. You will be working in close cooperation with an international team of dedicated and highly specialised employees for whom you will become the primary go-to person for project, time, and budget management. The position entails approx. 20-40 travel days per year. Project management and development of ground-breaking products Your mission will be to drive different ground-breaking outdoor and indoor controls development projects, subsequently dealing with minor sourced projects. You will take over product development projects which are specified with our customers and from this basis you will continuously find new paths to develop products using internal and external resources in the best and most cost effective way. Moreover, your tasks will be to: •Ensure clear project deliverable targets according to the business case format •Act as interface in internal cross-functional development processes and projects •Manage time and planning in the product development phase •Ensure quality of deliverables from both internal and external stakeholders Experience with software development projects and a can-do attitude You either hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in electrical, software or automation engineering backed by hands on experience with software and hardware specification and programming. As such you have worked in a project delivery environment for several years and are familiar with the product development process, front-end and execution. On a more personal note your verbal and written communication skills are impeccable and you are experienced in working across different functions. When it comes to your assignments you have a make-it-happen attitude and a creative mind-set that persistently looks for possibilities to foster and implement new ideas within your domain. You are structured and have an analytical approach to problem solving, and you pursue targets with persistence and enthusiasm.
