You will ensure success for our fitting software!



As Product Manager for Diagnostics Integration (DI), you will be an important player in the definition and ongoing development of the software interface that the hearing care professional uses to diagnose a hearing loss before customizing the hearing aid to the needs of the individual user. The software is key to our success on the market and the trend we see is that manufacturers differentiate themselves on core dispensing features, faster fitting times and diagnostics integration. You will be a pivotal contributor to defining new integration opportunities, successful commercial launches, implementation of current as well as future SW integrations between Fitting SW and Diagnostic Equipment SW.



You can look forward to becoming part of a small and dedicated team of 4 people that are constantly gaining new insights on our customers, the markets and upcoming trends in order to drive the most innovative solutions in the field of dispensing software.

In your daily work, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders, you will often have the role of project leader to ensure on-time deliveries of the best quality.



You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks and in short, you will be involved in:

Ensuring that we have the necessary knowledge with regard to user demands, market trends and competitors. You will make sure that this knowledge is used in R&D so that our DI portfolio is attractive and competitive at all times.

Ensuring that we have all the marketing deliverables for each product release.

Defining concepts: key product characteristics for development based on analyses of market needs

Ensure and facilitate good cooperation between Hearing Instrument Manufacturers and Diagnostics Equipment Manufacturers within WDH.



As part of Oticon you will enter the William Demant Group and – in the long run - be able to benefit from career opportunities both within Oticon Denmark or in other WDH companies around the world. You should expect up to 30 days of travel activities each year.



Technical background and commercial flair



In order for you to be able to handle the challenges your new job presents, we expect you to have a technical education within Audiology.



On top of this, you have some years’ of practical experience as a Hearing Care Professional. It will be an advantage if you have already joined an international high-tech company, preferably within the area of hearing solutions. Your previous career has provided you with experience of end-to-end fitting and you have a solid opinion about trends, necessary product improvements, general societal trends that can influence consumer behavior and competitive product strategies. With your well-developed sense of business drivers, you use the market insights and your business flair to guide the R&D efforts.



Your professional behavior is characterized by constant focus on the entire value chain and not just on your own deliveries. You have the authority and people skills necessary to drive projects with many stakeholders in a complex set-up. You are also good at communicating with all involved parties. We expect that you can speak and write English fluently.
