- Preparing surfaces to be coated through cleaning and pre-treatment
- Applying powder coatings using a spray gun or electrostatic powder coating system
- Ensuring a uniform and appealing coating according to specified requirements
- Monitoring and optimizing coating processes
- Adhering to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the entire work process
- Maintaining and cleaning powder coating equipment and devices
Requisitos laborales
- Completed training as a painter and varnisher, specializing in vehicle painting or industrial coating, or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in powder coating workpieces made of various materials
- German language skills at least at level B1
- Technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Precise and careful working style with an eye for detail
- Teamwork skills and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts
